Letter #1 by BT (Amendment)

This letter will serve as a proposal for an Amendment to the United States Constitution.  A good name for this Amendment could be: “We the People”.

Since the beginning of the second Trump administration it has become blatantly apparent that the United States federal Government is not serving in the best interest of her people.  We have marched; we have protested; we have written and called and nothing has put a stop to the chaos.

Therefore, we are requesting the creation of the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution.  This Amendment would allow “We the People” to Impeach and Remove the President, the Vice President, the Cabinet and the Supreme Court for high crimes and misdemeanors. This would be accomplished through a Special Election.

If Congress won’t act then “We the People” will do it for you.

I am asking my Representative in the House to introduce Articles of Impeachment and to bring it up everyday until the Republicans cave. This is what is provided for in our Constitution in order to rid ourselves of these criminals.

When these Articles of Impeachment are brought over to the Senate, I am expecting you to vote for conviction and removal.

Letter #1:  Impeachment/Removal of the President  By KJ & BT The U.S. Constitution, in Article VI, mandates that all federal officials be bound by oath or affirmation to support our Constitution. The core of the oath of office is a pledge to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.  Donald Trump needs to be removed from office either by Impeachment or the 25th Amendment. Clearly, Trump is not mentally capable of performing the duties of the President of the United States.   There is never a wrong time to do the right thing.  The time is now.
