Letter #1 by BT (Data Center)
By now you have heard about the xAI Data Center in DeSoto County, MS. Citizens have been protesting and attending meetings to voice their objections to this facility.
Local residents are not being fooled by dangling job creation and investment in our state. We’ve heard all of this before and more often than not, these promises are broken and Mississippi is left holding the bag.
Specifically, your constituents are complaining about noise pollution created by the turbines running 24/7. Further, these Data Centers will consume large amounts of water and electricity.
On top of this, I understand tax abatements have been used to incentivize the construction of these Data Centers. Please tell me where these tax abatements have ever worked to benefit the State of Mississippi.
Don’t send another one of your form letters. Pick-up the phone and call whoever you need to call to put a stop to this xAI Data Center.
Sincerely,
Letter #2 by BT (Impeachment)
Dear Representative Kelly:
Our President and his administration are putting us and the world at risk.
Please introduce Articles of Impeachment and bring it up everyday until it passes. This is what is provided for in our Constitution in order to rid ourselves of these criminals. Don’t be complicit in the crimes of this administration.
Sincerely,
Letter #3 by BT (Impeachment)
Dear Representative Thompson:
A few months ago, I attended your Town Hall in Marks, MS. At this event, I came to the microphone and asked you to introduce Articles of Impeachment. You said Impeachment is not the answer. I beg to differ. Impeachment is the only answer.
Our President and his administration are putting us and the world at risk. We cannot wait for the next election. We need Trump removed from office now.
Please introduce Articles of Impeachment and bring it up everyday until the Republicans cave. This is what is provided for in our Constitution in order to rid ourselves of these criminals.
Sincerely,
Letter #4 by BT (Impeachment)
Dear Senator…:
Our President and his administration are putting us and the world at risk.
I am asking my Representative in the House to introduce Articles of Impeachment and to bring it up everyday until the Republicans cave. This is what is provided for in our Constitution in order to rid ourselves of these criminals.
When these Articles of Impeachment are brought over to the Senate, I am expecting you to vote for conviction and removal.
Sincerely,
Please read the action item note at the bottom of this email. The note is after the email and physical addresses and is in bold red typeface.

Perhaps letter writing is not your “thing”. What do you think about mailing 3 postcards per month…one each to your Senators and one to your personal Representative? Signs of Justice has a project to send 12,000,000 postcards to Congress. There’s that 12,000,000* number again. (*This number was taken from a Harvard study that found we need to activate 3.5% of the population to affect non-violent change). The Signs of Justice campaign is called the Majority Project. They are asking participants to address and mail the 3 postcards mentioned above on the first day of the month and to repeat this activity every month. They have created a postcard for this purpose: Visit the Signs of Justice website for more information and/or to order or download your postcards. https://www.signs of justice.com/ Please let me know if you are going to participate in this postcard campaign. We would like to track the number of cards sent from Indivisible DeSoto MS.
This is a letter we received to protest the outrageous school choice legislation. Please take the time to send your letter to Speaker Jason White and please let me know you’ve taken action. jwhite@house.ms.gov August 25, 2025 Jason White, Speaker Mississippi House of Representatives 400 High Street Jackson, MS 39201 VIA HAND DELIVERY Dear Speaker White: I write to express my disapproval of any legislation that would use Mississippi taxpayer dollars to fund private schools. Among my concerns about any prospective “school choice” bill are the following: ▪ Transferring taxpayer dollars from public to private schools will only reverse the educational gains reflected in the “Mississippi Miracle . ” To argue that “school choice” would improve upon these remarkable outcomes seems counterintuitive at best, and disingenuous at worst ( see https://www.ncpecoalition.org/vouc...
Letter #1: Impeachment/Removal of the President By KJ & BT The U.S. Constitution, in Article VI, mandates that all federal officials be bound by oath or affirmation to support our Constitution. The core of the oath of office is a pledge to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Donald Trump needs to be removed from office either by Impeachment or the 25th Amendment. Clearly, Trump is not mentally capable of performing the duties of the President of the United States. There is never a wrong time to do the right thing. The time is now. Sincerely, Letter # 2: 28th Amendment By BT The Equal Rights Amendment has been ratified by 38 states. However, the Archivist of the United States has not published the ERA Amendment as part of the Constitution due to concerns about the extended and expired deadlines. Please convince the Archivist to publish the 28th Amendment. If someone ob...
