“The government shutdown has occurred because Senator Chuck Schumer is holding the funding process hostage. The continuing resolution would have allowed the government to function while we finish the appropriations process in a bipartisan way. The longer Senator Schumer plays games, the greater the damage to national security, service members, and veterans. I urge my Democrat colleagues to adopt the House-passed bill, which would immediately reopen the government.”

No Roger, you and the White House own this shutdown as well as the dismantling of our Democratic Republic. 

This shutdown is about the cost of healthcare and you, Roger, have consistently voted against the ACA. Please tell us what Mississippians don’t deserve affordable healthcare?  But you don’t have to worry about that for you and your family, do you Roger?

You are supporting a convicted criminal and we are watching. 

And where is your outrage about Pete Hegseth
dressing down our military officers?

Mississippi deserves a Senator who knows right from wrong and isn’t afraid to stand up when it is necessary.

Letter #1:  Impeachment/Removal of the President  By KJ & BT The U.S. Constitution, in Article VI, mandates that all federal officials be bound by oath or affirmation to support our Constitution. The core of the oath of office is a pledge to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.  Donald Trump needs to be removed from office either by Impeachment or the 25th Amendment. Clearly, Trump is not mentally capable of performing the duties of the President of the United States.   There is never a wrong time to do the right thing.  The time is now.
