It is very discouraging to hear one of our Senators telling his constituents to “get a life” .  You are complaining about the people who gave you your well paid job contacting you with their concerns? How about you hold a Town Hall in DeSoto County so we can tell you our concerns?  To the best of my knowledge, I can’t remember Senator Wicker ever holding a Town Hall in DeSoto County. Your voting record does not always support the people of Mississippi .   Nationally,  86% of Americans Support Background Checks 70% of Americas Support Safe & Legal Abortions 70% of Americans Support a Pathway to Citizenship  And you voted against the recent FEMA legislation?!  How does this help Mississippi? Perhaps letter writing is not your “thing”.  What do you think about mailing 3 postcards per month…one each to your Senators and one to your personal Representative? Signs of Justice has a project to send 12,000,000 postcards to Congress.  There’s that 12,000,000* number again. (*This number was taken from a Harvard study that found we need to activate 3.5% of the population to affect non-violent change).   Letter #1: Investigating the 2024 Election By BT   It has been 9 months since the 2024 election and I am continuing to question the glaring anomaly pertaining to the results in the swing states.  It is inconceivable that a candidate with 34 felony convictions would win all 7 swing states AND win by a large enough margin that a recount would not be triggered.  And yet here we are.  Why isn’t Congress asking these very same questions?  We already know that this very same convicted felon enjoyed outside help to win the 2016 election.  Are we to believe he didn’t cheat this time too?   I don’t believe most Americans care so little about this country that they would elect a convicted felon over a very qualified woman.  Be that as it may, Americans hired you to do a job and you need to open an investigation into the 2024 election.  Sincerely, Letter #2: For Family and Friends By RBT (Note: The following is intended to be an idea of what to s...
